At Azopac, we aim to provide high-quality packaging solutions and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. By purchasing from Azopac, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Customized or personalized products (such as printed or special-finished items) are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Return Process

After receiving the returned items, our team will inspect the products. Refund approval is subject to product condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once approved, refunds will be processed online and credited to the original payment account within 7–10 working days.

Delivery charges and taxes are non-refundable.

In cases where delivery charges were offered at a discounted rate (e.g., during promotions), the actual delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

Bank transaction charges may also be deducted.

4. Important Conditions

Partial returns of bundles or combo packs are not accepted.

Azopac reserves the full right to reject or cancel any refund claim if the returned product fails inspection or does not meet our return criteria.

If a refund claim is cancelled and you wish to have your items sent back, you will be required to pay the delivery charges for re-shipment.

Refunds are not applicable for sale, clearance, or promotional items unless the product is faulty.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Cancellations

Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

7. Company Rights

Azopac reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
